When will my order ship and how long will it take for me to receive my package(s)?
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. You will receive a confirmation email of your order, as well as an email with tracking number and estimated delivery date as soon as it becomes available. Because our items ship directly from the manufacturer, delivery times will vary depending on manufacturer. Orders placed between Monday and Friday will be processed within one business day of receipt. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday, or the next non-holiday business day. Orders are acknowledged by e-mail. If an item is out of stock or backordered, you will be notified by email.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible by telephone at 858-243-9533 or toll free at 1-888-410-1115. Orders cannot be canceled on our website and must be done over the phone. Since most items ship within a few days of when the order is placed, it is very important to contact us right away. In the event that an order has already shipped when you call to cancel, please follow our return procedures.
What if I don't see what I am looking for, or would like to inquire about additional options on an item?
Our website contains a large variety of the most popular products. However, if you are having trouble finding something, please contact us via email or telephone and we will be happy to help you find the product you are looking for. In some cases, such as with chairs, additional options are available that may not be shown on our website. In this case, please contact us via email or telephone and we will be happy to provide you a complete list of additional options.
Please note that if you are placing a special order for an item that is made to order, such as a chair or workstation with custom fabric, finish or color, the order is non-refundable. Please contact us by email or telephone with any special request. Once delivered, special order items may only be returned if defective and will be replaced. Special order items are subject to a 25% order cancellation penalty.
What do I do if my shipment shows visible damage, arrives with missing or wrong items, and/or my products are defective?
If your shipment shows visible damage, always report damage to the delivery company right away. Please also report any damage to Ergoizeit within 48 hours of receipt of the package by calling 858-243-9533 or toll free at 1-888-410-1115 or emailing email@example.com. Keep all boxes.
In the event you receive your shipment with a wrong item(s) or missing item(s) please report the discrepancy to us within 48 hours of receipt. Our Customer Service team will respond promptly to your request.
For defective items, please report them to Ergoizeit Customer Service. Each of our manufacturers services defective items differently so contact us with what item is defective and we will provide proper instructions on what to do next.
Can I place an order by telephone or fax?
Yes, you may place an order by credit card via telephone or fax.
To place an order by phone, please call 858-243-9533 or toll free at 1-888-410-1115 between the hours of 9 am to 5 pm (PST) Monday through Friday, excluding national and religious holidays.
To place an order by fax, please fax your order to 858-578-3661 and include the following information: your name, billing address, phone and fax number, credit card type, credit card number, expiration date, shipping address, item number, description, color, size, quantity and price. If you would like order updates via email, please also include your email address on the fax.
