Returns Policy

Ergo-ize-it is an authorized dealer for all products we sell. Full manufacturer's warranties apply.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

All returns must be in 'like new' condition, in its original packaging with all original product documentation included and mailed to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. You are responsible for securely shipping the product and we recommend that you insure the product for your protection. Any items returned that show wear and tear, without product documents, and/or damaged will not have a credit issued. If at that time you wish to have the item sent back to you the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges. All return shipping charges are prepaid by the customer.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

For undeliverable packages due to customer error, the customer will be credited minus all shipping costs.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Please note that some items are non-returnable. These items include: discontinued merchandise and special promotional items, special order items such as desks and workstations, open, non-defective soft goods and all Office Master office chairs. 

Some products require disassembly before return. If a product is damaged during disassembly, customer assumes liability.

Items that are damaged by the consumer or show signs of obvious use may be subject to a 25% restocking fee depending on the circumstances and at the seller’s discretion.

A 25% restocking fee may be assessed where applicable.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and your delivery location. All products will be shipped via UPS Ground and should arrive in 1-5 business days unless otherwise noted.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
